At the base of Jay Peak, in the center of Jay, Vermont, our family-owned country store has welcomed neighbors and visitors since 1954.

Come in for Vermont maple syrup, locally made products, Jay Peak souvenirs, specialty beer and wine, and a full grocery selection for everyday essentials and your stay in the mountains.

Jay Country Store is a big part of our family’s story. Today, Todd and the team keep it a place where neighbors catch up, visitors feel welcome, and there’s always something to discover.

In August 2012, the wooden sculptures that help give Jay Country Store its character took shape. From rough logs to the animals and carved sign that welcome visitors today, the carvings became part of the store’s story.
